Kettlebells

Kettlebell Fitness Programs afford some of the most thorough, dynamic, and potent performance results today. You are able to increase your strength, conditioning and power all while burning fat. We are one of the few facilities in the Orlando Metro that offer SFG/RKC (The Gold Standard in Russian Kettlebell Coaching) coaching from CERTIFIED Level II instructors and we use this type of conditioning throughout all our training services. Fit Camp

Do you get bored with the same work out everyday? Unlike ordinary Fitness classes, you will never do the same workout twice.
